About the Team & Business Line:
Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.
As a valuable member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.
Your Role**:
- You will arrange and schedule interviews for Talent Acquisition team members and hiring managers across North America.
- Prepare and post vacancies to online jobs portals, universities and social media sites
- Prepare and distribute recruitment marketing communications
- Assist with administration for all recruitment events
- Collaborate with industry groups and universities to position Citco favorably in the market, plan career fairs and coordinate supply of marketing collateral
- Point of contact for recruitment queries
- Work on various TA reports
- Any ad hoc tasks related to recruitment activities
