We are currently looking for Valet Attendants to join our team in Victoria.

The Valet Attendant is responsible for delivering a 5-star experience to our guests through outstanding customer service and safe driving techniques.

Your friendly and professional demeanor will leave lasting impressions on our guests from arrival to departure.

Schedules Available:

  • Shifts from 10 am to 6:30 pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Park and retrieve cars in a careful, efficient, and timely manner
  • Greet all customers, take care of their needs, and develop a rapport with each guest
  • Open doors for all guests (Valet cars, taxi, rideshare, and hotels vehicles)
  • Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars organized
  • Complete vehicle registration processes and perform reports as needed
  • Organize working areas keeping the driveway and valet podium clean and clear
  • Perform safety and security checks on all vehicles
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience
  • Must have a Class 5 driver's license
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to work in the elements heat, wind, snow, rain
  • Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting (up to 25lbs), bending, twisting, stooping, bending, walking, standing, and sitting
