Bell Service Associate

The Bell Person will contribute to the overall success of the hotel by anticipating guest needs and providing friendly, efficient, and superior customer service with every guest interaction. The position is responsible for maintaining a positive front of the house environment while maintaining high internal & external guest service standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional luggage service upon guest's arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Store luggage for guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely retrieval and minimizing guest inconvenience.
- Deliver morning newspapers and room service orders when there is no room service ambassador available, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Assist valet attendant(s) with parking guest vehicles, promoting a safe and secure environment.
- Work closely with all members of the Front Desk Team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional guest service.
- Demonstrate knowledge of hotel group bookings and scheduled events, enabling informed guest interactions.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the Front Desk, lobby, and driveway area, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Contribute to a positive guest experience by providing recommendations on local sights and attractions, enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Assist in arranging transportation for guests, ensuring timely and convenient travel arrangements.
- Read logbook to stay informed of day's events, promoting proactive guest service.
- Check for VIP arrivals and deliver VIP amenities as required, demonstrating attention to detail and exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School
- Outgoing, warm, and friendly personality
- Clean driver's abstract indicating a safe driving record (Class 5 License)
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
- Familiarity with local area
- Demonstrates superior customer service philosophy
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Exemplifies Coast's core values and enjoys working in a culture of accountability
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
