THE CREATION - What you'll do (includes but not limited to)

  • Recruit and retain new business based on the individual needs of clients
  • Set Radio and Digital Strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
  • Provide superior customer service through building and managing customer relationships
  • Demonstrate creativity in generating customized media campaigns through professional sales presentations.
  • Carry a track record of sales success in developing multimedia marketing solutions to clients
  • Report on digital campaign performance metrics
  • Stay up to date with digital technology trends
  • Create and follow through with business plans and revenue pacing
  • Work with sales coordinators, accounting, traffic, creative, promotions departments and external partners to maximize client campaigns
