Team Leader/supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing and managing a team of employees in a quick lube environment
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
- Must have the ability to work in both the upper bay tech position, as well as the lower bay tech position.
- Monitor and maintain quality workmanship, and safety.
- Assist in coordinating and delegate tasks to team members to ensure efficient operations
- Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with managers and team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
- Handle cash transactions and operate pointofsale (POS) systems
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the the quick lube industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of automotive preventative maintenance, and safety regulations
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills
