  • Must have the ability to work in both the upper bay tech position, as well as the lower bay tech position.
  • Monitor and maintain quality workmanship, and safety.
  • Assist in coordinating and delegate tasks to team members to ensure efficient operations
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with managers and team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
  • Handle cash transactions and operate pointofsale (POS) systems

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the the quick lube industry, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
  • Knowledge of automotive preventative maintenance, and safety regulations
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills
