The Sales Development Executive (SDE) plays a crucial role in identifying new opportunities, handling inbound leads, nurturing marketing leads, and contributing to the sales pipeline. This role focuses on converting marketing qualified leads into sales qualified leads and is office-based.


Responsibilities:
  • Create Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Handle all inbound enquiries.
  • Prioritize opportunities.
  • Proactively contact potential customers who have shown interest in the products or services.
  • Collaborate with the New Business Development Manager and assist in booking appointments.
  • Send quotes to customers and follow up promptly.
  • Maintain updated records in internal systems.
  • Participate in required internal and external meetings.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in Sales Development.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • IT proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred:
Previous experience in the health & safety industry.

This role may have a specified area depending on the entity's scale and location. It is essential to adhere to the company's Health & Safety Policy and promote equality and diversity.
