Job Description:
We are looking for a Securities Law Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on securities law matters, including the preparation and review of disclosure documents, corporate governance, and other related matters.


The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in securities law.

The candidate should also have a strong understanding of the Canadian securities regulatory framework, including the rules and regulations of the Canadian Securities Administrators.


The successful candidate will be expected to provide legal advice and guidance on a variety of securities law matters, including the preparation and review of disclosure documents, corporate governance, and other related matters.

The candidate should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
