Être titulaire d'un diplôme d'études professionnelles en
assistance aux bénéficiaires en établissement de santé ou un
diplôme de 5e année du secondaire ou être titulaire d'un
diplôme ou d'une attestation d'études dont l'équivalence
est reconnue par l'autorité compétente, et avoir une (1)
année d'expérience pertinente ayant permis d'acquérir une
discipline personnelle, des notions générales de psychologie
et des aptitudes sur le plan des relations humaines.

**AUTRES EXIGENCES**
Être titulaire d'un document datant d'au plus trois (3) ans,
attestant la réussite:
1° soit d'un cours de secourisme général d'une durée
mínimale de huit (8) heures;
2° soit d'un cours d'appoint d'une durée mínimale de six (6)
heures visant la mise à jour des connaissances acquises dans
le cadre du cours mentionné au paragraphe précédent.

**RÉMUNÉRATION**
$21.89-$23.35 de l'heure en conformité avec les échelles
salariales par le ministère.

**NATURE DU TRAVAIL**
Le rôle principal et habituel de la personne salariée de cette classe d'emplois consiste à aider l'élève handicapé dans sa
participation aux activités reliées à sa scolarisation. Elle assiste l'élève dans ses déplacements, voit à son bien-être, à son hygiène
et à sa sécurité conformément aux instructions reçues dans le cadre d'un plan d'intervention.

**ATTRIBUTIONS CARACTÉRISTIQUES**
La personne salariée de cette classe d'emplois aide l'élève dans ses déplacements; elle guide son fauteuil roulant, elle l'aide en le
changeant de posture et, selon les besoins, à le transférer de fauteuil. Pour son mieux-être, elle l'aide à boire et à manger lors des
collations et des repas et, au besoin, elle réchauffe les aliments; elle l'aide à s'habiller et à se déshabiller. Elle voit à son hygiène;
elle l'aide à se laver, elle l'aide aux cabinets d'aisance; au besoin, elle le change de couche et le lave. Elle voit à sa sécurité à partir
du débarquement et jusqu'à l'embarquement à bord des véhicules de transport.
Elle soutient le personnel enseignant en l'aidant à communiquer des notions de base concernant la propreté, la façon de s'habiller,
de boire et de manger. Elle aide l'élève à utiliser ou manipule pour lui le matériel et les objets nécessaires à la préparation et au
déroulement d'activités pédagogiques et étudiantes. Elle peut être appelée à accompagner l'élève lors de sessions de
physiothérapie, d'ergothérapie ou de détente corporelle et musculaire.
Elle note ses observations concernant les besoins et les comportements de l'élève et peut être appelée à en informer le personnel
enseignant, les parents et les autres intervenantes et intervenants désignés et à donner son avis sur les mesures précisées au plan
d'intervention qui la concernent. Elle surveille les élèves lors de la récréation, de la période de dîner, de la sieste, des temps de
loisirs et les accompagne à la piscine. Elle les aide à comprendre et à respecter les consignes de l'école.
Au besoin, elle administre les médicaments selon les prescriptions médicales et conformément à la politique d'encadrement des
élèves de l'école et aux instructions des parents; elle procure les premiers soins. Elle prend les moyens nécessaires pouvant
favoriser le retour au calme des élèves lors de crise en s'assurant de sa propre sécurité et celle des autres. Elle lave et, au besoin,
désinfecte certains vêtements, la vaisselle, les tables, les orthèses et le matériel servant aux activités des élèves. Elle peut être
