Purpose of the position

As part of his/her duties, he/she may be required to move furniture or lift heavy loads. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Ensure basic maintenance and proper functioning of various systems such as electricity, heating, plumbing, piping, air conditioning, ventilation, compressor Minor plumbing repairs (flush valve, faucet cartridge, etc.) Clean up vacant premises when a tenant leaves (dispose of discarded objects and furniture) Carry out plastering and painting work in the building as well as minor repairs Clean and tidy machine, mechanical, electrical and workshop rooms Response to water damage Support contractors and inspectors during work Carry out inspections of the building and draw up a list of fixes to be carried out Assist the rental department during visits to vacant premises

The ideal person has :

Be autonomous and demonstrate concern for the quality of your work Have good physical ability Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle unforeseen events Sense of organization, rigor planning

Required qualifications :

DEP in carpentry-joinery, real estate maintenance and/or any other and/or related training
