The Opportunity:


1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for a Local Commercial Sales Coordinator to join our growing team As part of the Local Commercial Sales department, you will support the Local Commercial Team to build, coordinate and help our Local Commercial team hit BIG goals.

What does that mean on a day to day? You will work closely with the VP, Local Commercial to support our department project work, schedule meetings and meeting preparation, initiate department communication and regular updates.

For this role's duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office 25% of time.

A Day in the Life:

  • Arrange for creation and distribution of supporting documents and presentations to help the sales team
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules and expenses.
  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met and make changes as necessary.
  • Keep the Local Commercial Playbook and supporting materials uptodate
  • Establish active communication and engage with sales representatives and various stakeholders to ensure alignment on initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior sales staff to create, maintain and circulate sales reports.
  • Support in keeping the franchise network informed on Local Commercial results and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the VP Local Commercial as needed.

  • Ability to be a team player with a high level of dedication
