Length of Contract:
May 2023- August 2023, Full time

Responsibilities:
(Including, but not limited to)

  • Work alongside Coaching and Front Office staff to create weekly team schedule including practice, travel, community events, team meetings, player appointments, etc.
  • Plan and coordinate team meals
  • Oversee player accommodations including preseason set up and postseason move out all while acting as the liaison between players and housing company
  • Coordinate player transportation for arrivals, departures, to/from practices, events, and appointments
  • Handle the inventorying, distribution, packing and care of equipment and team uniforms
  • Work with Coaching staff at team practices
  • Set up bench areas and locker rooms on game days
  • Manage team of basketball operations interns
  • General duties assigned by Head Coach & General Manager

Qualifications:

  • Educational background studying sport management or in a related field
  • Experience working in basketball is considered an asset

Required Skills:

  • Highly motivated
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be selfsufficient and organized
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • G or G2 Drivers License

Availability:

  • Must be available for all game days during the 2023 Season
  • Day, evening and weekend work will be frequently required

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 4 months

Salary:
$15.50-$37.39 per hour

Schedule:

  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
