We are looking for a Lighting Specialist to join our team, working with customers in our beautiful showroom.

REQUIREMENTS:

Passion for selling high-end luxury products.
Effective communication in English and French with customers about order status, shipping updates, and product availability.
Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Competence in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Comfortable in a constantly evolving environment.
Previous experience in the design trade is highly desirable.
Other related tasks.

SPECIALIZATION:

Experience in design is considered an asset.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels: phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding preferences and needs.
Efficiently handle product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims with professionalism.
Collaborate with the customer service team to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay informed about product features, specifications, and industry trends to better assist customers.
Plan for merchandise display in the showroom (seasonally).
