Squeeze est à la recherche d'un(e) producteur (-trice) sénior versatile avec une expérience de projets variée. Le producteur ou la productrice a la responsabilité de livrer les projets qui lui sont confiés en respectant les budgets, les délais et les normes de qualité de Squeeze. Il ou elle est responsable de la relation avec le client et fait le pont avec les équipes créatives et techniques en favorisant l'instauration d'un climat de confiance mutuel. Pendant toute la durée du projet, il ou elle supervise les équipes qui lui sont assignées et renforce leur cohésion et leur efficacité en communiquant les objectifs avec clarté et en faisant preuve d'un leadership rassembleur. Il s'agit d'un contrat jusqu'en mai 2025, avec possibilité d'extension.
- Inspirer son équipe par un leadership collaboratif et la guider vers l'excellence dans la réalisation des projets d'animation dont il ou elle est responsable;
- Participer à l'évaluation des potentiels projets à la demande du producteur exécutif ou de la productrice exécutive;
- Être le point de contact pour le client ou la cliente et maintenir une bonne communication professionnelle avec cette personne tout en préservant les essentiels Squeeze;
- Initier le kick-off avec l'équipe VFX Sup - CG Sup - et lead de projets/de département en collaboration avec le producteur exécutif ou la productrice exécutive;
- Réviser, en collaboration avec le producteur exécutif ou la productrice exécutive, les particularités du projet qui lui est assigné, ainsi que les engagements pris par Squeeze face au client ou à la cliente dans l'annexe du contrat;
- Établir la planification globale du projet et déterminer les grandes étapes de concert avec le VFX Sup, le CG Sup et les leads et les communiquer au gestionnaire de projet et/ou au coordonnateur ou à la coordonnatrice;
- Assumer aussi le rôle de gestionnaire de projet, en l'absence d'un(e) gestionnaire de projet, en plus de ses tâches, dépendamment du projet;
- Identifier les besoins en coordination et transmettre les informations pertinentes au rôle des membres de son équipe;
- Proposer, faire émerger et décider des différentes solutions lorsque des problèmes se produisent sur le projet à tous les niveaux (pipeline, IT, ressources humaines, client(e));
- Initier le temps supplémentaire lorsque nécessaire à la livraison du projet, l'approuver et présenter aux finances le budget qui en découle;
- Prendre des mesures pour préserver les profits escomptés, la satisfaction du client ou de la cliente, le respect des délais et la qualité à chaque étape du projet;
- Fournir aux superviseur(e)s de départements des objectifs budgétaires traduits en jours et travailler avec les VFX sup, CG sup et Lead pour arriver à atteindre ses objectifs;
- Préparer différents rapports budgétaires tels que demandé à l'interne ou par le client ou la cliente;
- S'assurer de relever rapidement les risques technologiques et mettre en place des solutions pour résoudre les problèmes avec les services concernés (Head of Pipeline - Head of CG - etc) et que le pipeline de production est respecté à chaque niveau;
- Consigner ses besoins en ressources en tenant à jour ses projets dans l'outil de planning studio;
- Encadrer les créatifs et déterminer les étapes et les livrables de concert avec eux en phase de développement;
- Faire un suivi des différents niveaux d'approbation interne/client(e) et répercuter l'approbation dans les équipes;
- Proposer les étapes principales du projet au client ou à la cliente, déterminées au préalable avec le VFX Sup/CG Sup;
- Adapter le plan de production et communiquer les changements s'il y a lieu;
- Respecter les budgets assignés et assurer la rentabilité du projet, préparer les "change order", les soumettre au producteur exécutif ou à la productrice exécutive et les transmettre au client;
- Répondre au client, diriger les meeting clients et transmettre les informations à son équipe de coordination;
- Apporter au client ou à la cliente des solutions aux problématiques soulevées, préalablement traitées avec les VFX Sup / CG Sup;
- Élaborer les calendriers de paiement, de concert avec le producteur exécutif ou la productrice exécutive, et les soumettre au chef des finances.
- Ouvert(e) à travailler sur tout type de projet (séries, parc à thèmes, cinématiques, etc);
- Stratégique;
- Un(e) leader collaboratif(-ve);
- Diplomate;
- Capable d'établir des relations inter-personnelles vraies et durables;
- Capable d'adaptation et de flexibilité dans un environnement en constante évolution;
- Organisé(e) et autonome.
- Bilingue (français/anglais).
- Un minimum de 5 années d'expérience en tant que producteur (-trice)
- 10 années d'expérience dans un rôle de production (coordination ou gestion de projet) dans notre industrie
- Une formation collégiale ou universitaire dans un domaine pertinent;
- Un expérience diversifiée avec des projets tels que des séries, des films, des parc à thèmes et des cinématiques;
- De fortes aptitudes et des connaissances en gestion de projets;
- Une connaissance approfondie de l'industrie et des processus de production des projets;
- Une très bonne connaissance de Shotgrid.
