Senior Animation Producer

Cloud Chamber is seeking an experienced Senior Animation Producer to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the development of Gameplay and Technical Animation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AAA console development and content pipelines, as well as excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Animation Director and Leads to build and manage workflows for the animation department.
  • Work with animators and technical animators to deliver best-in-class tools and content.
  • Establish processes and pipelines to support animation development, working with the Animation Directors, Lead Animation, Technical Animation Lead, and Production.
  • Directly manage producers and potentially some leads and ICs under supervision, while reporting to a Lead Producer.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure strong communication and coordination of work.
  • Oversee planning for Motion Capture or Xsens shot for gameplay animation content.
  • Drive review process and manage deliveries and milestones, ensuring output meets qualitative standards.
  • Coordinate with outsourcers and co-dev partners to maintain visibility and project cadence.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in AAA game development or at least one title shipped.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Excel, Confluence, Google Suite.
  • Ability to drive teams to deliver AAA quality animation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience with outsourcing or co-development teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends in interactive storytelling.
