What you will do

  • Execute survey deployment tasks as assigned.
  • Execute data analysis tasks, results interpretation and research report preparation
  • Participate actively in team meetings and huddles
  • Contribute to a positive team environment
  • Actively invest in developing research and analysis skills

What you will bring

  • Completed a graduate program specializing in Research (e.g. Research Analyst Program at Georgian College, Humber, Centennial) (preferred)
  • Postsecondary degree in social sciences (e.g. sociology, economics, psychology), marketing and/or business with emphasis in research methods and statistical analysis (minimum)
  • Up to 3 years experience in managing and executing customer experience research on supplier/agency side; proficient in use of online survey platforms to deploy surveys.
  • Up to 3 years experience in executing marketing research projects.
  • Previous coop experience with the Canada Life Centre for Research Excellence/Voice of the Customer would be considered an asset.
  • Experience in survey design and programming.
  • Experience in executing statistical and text analysis on survey data.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver quality work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • The base salary for this position is between
    $57,300.

00:
- $86,000.00** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
