Position Summary:


With such a captive and aware audience, our Marketing team is looking to add you, our future Social Media and Content Specialist, to our growing team Reporting to our Marketing Manager, you'll ensure the Beanfield brand is accurately represented both internally and externally and help continue to grow awareness and our customer base.

You'll embrace the Beanfield way, and strategically drive our social media and content by mapping out our social media calendar, and 'stay-in-the-know' of emerging social movements to pivot content and conversations.

You'll conduct research to learn how we can better leverage our platforms and be a captivating storyteller to our audience.

Alongside our amazing Marketing, Creative, Lead Generation, and People & Culture teams, you'll ensure our social presence captures our values, the fun, and all the good we do at Beanfield

What you will be doing:

  • Establish and own a comprehensive social vision and Beanfield voice across all social channels.
  • Create, maintain, and execute a strategically driven content calendar across all social media platforms and execute the daytoday process of scheduling and posting.
  • Create and curate highquality, engaging content for social media platforms, including written content, photos, and videos.
  • Work with Marketing, HR and Employee Resource Groups (ERG) to take a stance and address key issues that are important to Beanfield's employees and audience.
  • Leverage relevant brand mentions, conversations, and strategic alignments.
  • Manage online discussions by listening and responding to users and customers in a timely manner and always with the Beanfield voice. To them, you might just be the first introduction to our brand.
  • Conduct a social media competitive analysis and draw relevant conclusions.
  • Develop social KPIs and report on weekly, monthly and quarterly insights and analytics.
  • Leverage data to make optimizations that drive success.
  • Build and execute strategy for prospecting and funnel fulfillment through social channels.
  • Conduct research and execution on social media influencer opportunities and brand alignment.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns, including paid social media advertising, to promote products or services and increase conversions.
  • Engage and create a community around our Beanfield advocates on social media
  • Test and learn new innovative strategies and tools.
  • Proactively monitor relevant social news stories and provide suggestions for timely content, assets and conversations.
  • Propose new and influential ideas that can help build the brand and build our customer base.
  • Promote social amplification internally by leveraging internal advocates content.
  • Develop and create authentic and engaging brand content for Beanfield's social channels, including our blog, on an ongoing basis to maintain a relevant social presence.
