We are a busy private medical clinic with a vibrant team of 4 that needs one more person to grow our team.

We are expanding and have a unique position starting at hours per week which is flexible hours and will grow from there.

We are seeking an energetic, experienced and multi-tasking part time office assistant able to work cohesively in a team environment.

This position would entail the following, but is not limited to:

  • Interacting with patients
  • Assisting the Doctor
  • Filing
  • Patient recalls
  • Computer and paper work
  • Incoming and outgoing faxing
  • Billing
  • Constant multitasking to keep office at a steady flow
  • Flexible in hours (Weekday availability but not every day)
  • Energetic individual capable of coping with changing work loads
  • Extremely organized and very proficient with a high level of multitasking
Salary based on experience.
