Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to driving the financial performance of the Que Pasa site and logistics operations, as a member of the respective leadership teams.
  • Lead annual business planning process, forecasts, and actual reporting for the Que Pasa site and the logistics team.
  • Prepare weekly and period end reports, analysis, reconciliations and presentations to support the organization's monthly and annual financial reporting requirements.
  • Help prepare period end accruals for Que Pasa manufacturing and Logistics operations, as well as detailed reports to aid departments in understanding their spend and variances to budget.
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance and recommending actions.
  • Work with all stakeholders to drive efficiencies, save costs and challenge the status quo to ensure targets are delivered.
  • Lead for cost improvement, restructuring, capex, sourcing projects, challenge, calculate sensitivities and build business cases.
  • Provide leadership and vision for process improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Lead/Monitor all Cost Controlling activities (Month-End Close, Fixed Assets, Costing).
  • Company wide lead for management of CAPEX, including requests, accounting and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Engineering, accounting designation is a plus. We support our finance team members who are pursuing their accounting designation.
  • Advanced skill level working with Microsoft Excel and demonstrated ability working with other Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word). Experience in Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in an open and direct manner, detailed orientated and able to convey information clearly and concisely with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in full cycle accounting and general knowledge of financial statements.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
