Department Overview:

The Supply Planning team is responsible for ensuring supply alignment to satisfy all demand streams.

A core objective is to build a feasible supply plan while understanding the supply constraints and continuously driving mitigation actions to maximize business objectives.


In this role you will be:

Accountable to provide key stakeholders visibility to what is clear to build/supply based on inventory and inbound materials:

-
Evaluate key constraints and revenue impact by business unit:

-
Identify key constraints, communicate impacts to key stakeholders, drive mitigation actions through to resolution, and analyze root causes:

-
Monitor aging backlog and drive actions to recognize revenue and reduce aging:

-
Maintain lead time attributes that impact available to promise and internal availability info:

-
Collaborate with Business Operations and Production Planning on setting priorities of Supply Plan to meet the business objectives:

-
Actively participate in weekly operational meetings to provide updated clear to build plan, week over week changes, summary of key constraints and status:

-
Review stock rebalancing opportunities to minimize inventory exposure:

-
Assess priority of material shortages and provide direction on what mode of transportation is required (ocean vs.

air):

-
Track accuracy of build plan vs actual, understand the root cause for variances, and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate against recurring issues:

-

Excellent communication skills:

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment required while maintaining focus and a high degree of accuracy:

5+ years of experience in a planning role:

Knowledge of VBA Macros, Power Queries, Python is preferred:

Working knowledge of ERP systems within a manufacturing environment required; SAP experience preferred:

-
Strong analytical, organizational and decision making skills

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain:

Advanced Level Excel skills are required:

Experience planning in a Manufacturing environment required
