BC Floor Plans is a company that has been running since 2007. We provide real estate marketing including 2D and 3D floor plans, photos, print material and staging. With the real estate industry strong in the lower mainland BC Floor Plans is enthusiastic with its continued growth.

As our office Assistant you will work closely with the executive team to help with the administrative tasks. You must be committed to ensuring that all business tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for office visitors and employees
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Accept payment for services rendered
- Print feature sheets or flyer material that has been approved to print
- Input data to spreadsheets
- Maintain confidentiality of personnel information
- Enter information into payroll system
- Orient clients to use proprietary website and app knowledge will be taught
- Perform other duties assigned
