Qualifications - External

The Expeditor I is accountable for building and maintaining excellent customer relationships by responding promptly to routine inquiries and requests, facilitating rush orders, trouble-shooting order-related issues, monitoring availability of materials and parts, and expediting parts through receiving and inspection processes.

Providing ongoing and excellent customer service will be the Expeditor's daily goal, through fast, accurate processing of orders, and prompt communication. This position will require performing various related administrative tasks, in support of the Warehouse team and/or the Tooling Repair facility, when appropriate.

You will need to

Provide excellent customer service with the intention of building and maintaining customer relationships through fast and accurate processing of orders, and prompt communication.

· Read packing slips to determine type and quantity of materials required, availability of stock, and order priority

· Expedite parts to Inspection status

· Perform data entry as required to process/update inventory information and orders

· Utilize the computer database to perform inquiries to research inventory status, availability, and any additional information that may support pending customer/order requests

· Run and monitor inventory reports regularly to verify availability of materials

· Ensure all required reporting/forms are submitted correctly and in a timely manner to internal customers

· Locate and distribute materials and parts to specified areas within the warehouse to ensure timely processing

· Utilize material transport equipment such as: handcarts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, drum dollies, and forklifts (as trained or certified)

· Confer with Supervisor/Lead to eliminate difficulties and delays, and to communicate status/updates

· Confer with Sales and Warehouse personnel to assure that 'Rush' orders are shipped as required by the customer

· Monitor and ensure all work activities involving products and documentation (certifications, forms, correspondence, and database entries) are following Incora Quality Management System procedures, processes, Warehouse Work Instructions

· Assist in various warehouse departments, as cross trained and required

Proven excellence in customer service, order entry, and/or warehouse or shipping skills, is required Current knowledge of Incora customers and products is highly preferred.
