Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Recruiting
  • Maintain and evolve the recruiting program including the national recruiting website, interviewing tools, create and execute recruiting strategies including social media, monitor TFW policy.


Health & Safety
  • Review existing health and safety programs and update as required, developing methods for improving the execution of Health and Safety plans in restaurants


Scholarship
  • Manage the BP Scholarship program rewarding staff nationally and supporting their goals of a higher education


Orientation
  • Create tools and training to assist managers in improving the execution of the orientation and onboarding
  • Assist with training other HR programs as needed. In past this has included Anti Bullying, WHMIS, Responsible Alcohol Service

Qualifications

  • Training and development background with a strong interest/work in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum three (3) years in managing or training including HR topics
  • Post-Secondary education in related discipline or equivalent work experience.

  • Prior restaurant experience an asset
