Job Description:

As our company is rapidly growing, we're looking for someone with a natural skill and passion for selling to join our team. The primary objective of this position is to reach out to new customers across Canada to join our Trade Program and ultimately increase sales. Our Account Executive will play a key role in building one of the fastest-growing areas of our business.

Responsibilities:

· Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails, as well as inbound lead follow-up

· Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales manager for further development and closure

· Track progress and results using CRM.

· Working closely with our sales manager develop strategy and discuss progress.

Requirements:

· Phone sales experience is a must.

· Great phone and active listening skills.

· Self-motivated. Ability to work independently and function within a team.

· Computer literacy - experience using Microsoft Office is preferred.

· Fluency in written and verbal skills in English is required.

Description du poste :

Dans le cadre de la croissance rapide de notre entreprise, nous recherchons une personne dotée d'une compétence naturelle et d'une passion pour la vente pour rejoindre notre équipe. L'objectif principal de ce poste est de contacter de nouveaux clients à travers le Canada pour les inciter à rejoindre notre programme commercial et, finalement, augmenter les ventes. Notre responsable de compte jouera un rôle clé dans le développement rapide d'un des secteurs les plus dynamiques de notre entreprise.

Responsabilités :

· Recherche de nouvelles opportunités de vente par le biais d'appels et d'e-mails sortants, ainsi que le suivi des prospects entrants

· Orientation des opportunités qualifiées vers le responsable des ventes approprié pour un développement ultérieur et la conclusion des ventes

· Suivi des progrès et des résultats à l'aide d'un CRM.

· Collaboration étroite avec notre responsable des ventes pour développer une stratégie et discuter des progrès.

Exigences :

· Expérience de la vente par téléphone indispensable.

· Excellentes compétences téléphoniques et d'écoute active.

· Motivation personnelle. Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et à fonctionner au sein d'une équipe.

· Maîtrise de l'informatique - une expérience avec Microsoft Office est préférable.

· Maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral.
