CE QUE VOUS FAITES
- Créer et mettre en œuvre du matériel de présentation et de formation destiné aux modules de formation en personne, à distance et par ordinateur en partenariat avec des experts en la matière, la direction et d'autres.
- Faciliter la formation en classe axée sur les règlements gouvernementaux applicables, ainsi que sur les stratégies, les systèmes, les politiques / procédures de l'entreprise, les compétences générales et plus encore.
- Fournir de la rétroaction sur le rendement des stagiaires (c.à-d. fournir de la rétroaction sur les participants qui excellent, exécutent et/ou éprouvent des difficultés).
- Fournir de la rétroaction sur les expériences de formation en concevant des systèmes et/ou des outils pour mesurer l'efficacité de la formation et en faire rapport. (c.à-d. recueillir et analyser des données qui évaluent nos efforts)
- Interagir positivement avec les membres de toute l'ancienneté au sein de l'entreprise pour aider à résoudre les problèmes et à favoriser notre culture dans un environnement dynamique où la formation est un objectif à valeur ajoutée.
- Examiner ou déléguer la formation propre à un poste qui sera dispensée par le coach de gestion ou les délégués nommés qui possèdent les compétences et les compétences requises.
- Effectuer des vérifications aléatoires sur les appels enregistrés afin de déterminer les lacunes dans les connaissances et d'examiner les résultats avec l'équipe de direction appropriée. Aviser la direction appropriée de toute faute professionnelle de la part d'un agent, tel qu'indiqué dans le processus de vérification, afin que la formation ou les mesures disciplinaires puissent être prises, selon le cas.
- Aider les membres de l'équipe en répondant aux questions et en fournissant du soutien lors des appels
- Autres tâches assignées

ÉDUCATION
- Certificat en éducation des adultes ou expérience équivalente.
- Diplôme collégial ou diplôme universitaire dans un domaine désigné, constituerait un atout

EXPÉRIENCE
- Le bilinguisme en français et en anglais est une exigence
- Minimum de 6 mois d'expérience de formation (ou équivalent)
- L'expérience en gestion chez Bill Gosling ou ailleurs serait considérée comme un atout
- Expérience démontrée en leadership, en innovation et de la compréhension des principes et de la technologie d'apprentissage des adultes, privilégiés mais non requis

Bill Gosling Outsourcing is currently hiring for a Bilingual Training Facilitator. The successful applicant will be integral to welcoming new employees to the company and helping them find success in their role through the development and delivery of training materials. Additionally, this person would become a resource to existing employees, supporting growth and development throughout the business while championing our core values. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create and implement presentation and training material intended for in-person, remote, and Computer-Based Training modules through partnering with Subject Matter Experts, Management and others.
- Facilitate classroom training that is focused on applicable government regulations, as well as company strategies, systems, policies/procedures, soft skills, and more.
- Provide feedback on trainee performance (i.e. provide feedback on participants who are excelling, performing and/or struggling).
- Provide feedback on training experiences by designing systems and/or tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of training. (i.e. collate and analyze data evaluating our efforts)
- Interact positively with members of all seniority across the business to help problem solve and foster our culture in a fast-paced environment where training is a value-added focus.
- Review or delegate job-specific training to be conducted by Managing Coach or appointed delegates who have the skills and ability required.
- Complete random audits on recorded calls to determine knowledge gaps and review results with the appropriate leadership team. Notify the appropriate management of any malpractice by an agent, as identified in the audit process, so that training or disciplinary action may be undertaken as is appropriate
- Assist team members by answer questions and providing support on calls
- Other duties as assigned

- Certificate in adult education or equivalent experience.
