Distribution of Received Mail and Invoices

Maintenance and Ordering of Office Supplies

Maintenance of Files and Documentation
Account Maintenance Vendors and Rentals

  • Set Up and Maintain Vendor Accounts
  • Enter Payables, Electronic and Monthly Rent Cheques
  • Last Month Rent Deposits and Accumulated Interest
  • Annual Rent Increases
  • Create Lease and Packages
  • Update Memorized Transactions
  • Maintain Rent Roll
Banking

  • Preparation of Bank Deposits
  • Deposit Cheques using Cheque Scanner
  • Delivery of Payments to Banks
Accounts Receivable Residential Rentals

  • Enter Payments into Quickbooks
  • Notification of Short Payments or NSF's
  • Preparation of Monthly Statements
Accounts Payable Rentals and Vendors

  • Receipt and sorting of Vendor Invoices
  • Assignment of Cost Codes
  • Entry into QuickBooks
  • Scheduling Invoice Payment
Reconciliations Rentals

  • Tenant Account Reconciliations
  • Vendor Account Reconciliations
  • Staff Credit Card and Expense Report Reconciliations
  • Corporate Credit Card Reconciliations

Qualifications and Experience:
Education

  • Accounting and Payroll Certificate an asset
Experience

  • Accounting Experience with Payables and Receivables
  • Tenancy Experience an asset, not necessary
What Are The Working Conditions The Position Is Exposed To:

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Some exposure to residential and industrial environments.

Salary:
$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative experience (preferred)
