Job description:

We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our
Information Systems & Digital team in
Montreal**. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as
Change Manager.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of change management activities with project goals
  • Assess change readiness and develop change management plans to mitigate resistance and increase adoption
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that endusers are prepared for changes
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of change management activities and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Manage and maintain documentation related to change management activities
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on change management best practices
  • Ensure that SAP changes are managed effectively and efficiently
  • Communicate with stakeholders about upcoming changes and address any concerns or questions they may have

Qualifications:

  • PROSCI certification is required
  • Strong background in change management, with experience in SAP change management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Experience with project management methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
