Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience building trustedadvisor relationships with Clevel executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with Google Ad Solutions and understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
  • Experience and established relationships within the agency marketplace.
  • Strong strategic and tactical thinking skills, systems thinking, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.
  • Ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
  • Ability to sell/propose creative technologies across a landscape of diverse decision makers.

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As a Partner Growth Lead, you will work with key advertising agencies in Canada.

You'll collaborate closely with agency partners and primarily serve as their ambassador to Google's ads products with a strong focus on agency influencers and decision-makers.

You will work collaboratively with Google's industry
- focused Sales team, sharing knowledge regarding client and agency needs within specific industry sectors.


Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands.

We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Own the primary agency relationships from Clevel to Group Account Director down to specific account teams including Media Planners and Buyers.
  • Be accountable to business growth goals and product adoption for specific agencies.
  • Build compelling, datadriven work plans leveraging internal and thirdparty data.
  • Translate data into actionable ad strategies for your agency partners.
  • Work with industry teams to develop quarterly account plans and drive new business opportunities to maximize growth and devise partnershipbuilding strategies.
