Job Description

Il s'agit d'un poste multifonctionnel dans un centre d'affaires. Sous la responsabilité du directeur de centre d'affaires, le commis administratif est chargé de certaines tâches administratives. Le titulaire du poste doit faire preuve d'une grande souplesse et d'une grande capacité d'adaptation, ainsi que de solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps, afin d'accomplir efficacement les tâches dans les délais impartis.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS:
- Répondre au téléphone et diriger les appels de façon appropriée-
- Recevoir et trier le courrier et les livraisons-
- Préparer les dépôts, les comptes à payer, les réclamations de fret et les résumés quotidiens-
- Gérer et sécuriser les documents de vente au comptoir et au comptant selon les procédures de l'entreprise-
- Traiter les documents provenant du comptoir et de l'entrepôt pour la facturation-
- Effectuer tous les processus de bureau, y compris les fonctions informatiques et les comptes fournisseurs dans les délais requis-
- Balancer la petite caisse et s'assurer que les procédures de début et de fin de journée sont effectuées sur le système informatique-
- Coordonner des évènements : salon, événement client-
- Gestion de projet d'aménagement des nouveaux bureaux-
- Maintenir à jour ses connaissances techniques sur les diverses gammes de produits et élargir ses connaissances des systèmes-
- Toutes autres tâches connexes assignées- EXIGENCES:
- Diplôme d'études secondaires-
- Idéalement, 1 à 2 ans d'expérience connexe-
- Fortes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations humaines, esprit d'initiative-
- Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)-
- Bonne connaissance du français à l'oral et à l'écrit-
