LiveFit Foods has been offering fresh, chef prepared meal packages across Canada since 2015. We pride ourselves on quality, wholesome ingredients.


LiveFit Foods is looking forward to offering a Lifestyle & Nutrition Coaching Program in February 2023, with the goal of providing our customers personalized coaching advice.

We will be taking a holistic approach to this program and looking at the overarching themes surrounding health and wellness including sleep, stress management, mindfulness, hydration, movement, and balanced nutrition.

The goal is to equip clients with the tools and resources needed to make sustainable, long term lifestyle changes that they can maintain for years to come.

Our 100+ meal options include vegan, vegetarian, keto, weight loss, muscle gain, and family meals. These delicious and nutritious options will aid our clients with their personalized health and wellness goals.

Qualifications for Lifestyle Coach:

The ideal coach will be kind, compassionate, and detail oriented. We are looking for an individual with a background in nutrition and wellness. A personal training certificate would also be beneficial, but not required.

Responsibilities for Lifestyle Coach:

  • Provide professional client education and goal setting to improve health outcomes based on individual needs.
  • Review client intake forms and send clients follow up resources & homework.
  • Create personalized nutritional programs for clients based on their individual goals.
  • Contribute to meal development.
  • Develop a tracking system for client progress.
  • Identify behaviour and habit changes to help clients transform their lives.
  • Provide motivation, guidance, support, and encouragement.

Job Requirements:

This position will be on a contract basis, approximately 20 hours per week with opportunities for growth.
