The Role:

Our Regional Coach is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest Clinic Manager.

The Practice Coach plays a critical role within FYidoctors and is crucial for coaching staff on processes, programs, products and ongoing education.

You will become fully cross-trained to assist staff with patient service and sales.

Not only that but you are truly business-minded and know how to take strategic business goals and turn them into outstanding results.

This position is a full-time, permanent role working 40-44 hours per week.

What Will You Be Doing?Fostering collaboration and teamwork among practice staffBuilding trust and commitment with your workgroupTraining, development and coaching of staff to FYidoctors processes, programs, and productsDelivering legendary customer serviceSetting and obtaining clinic revenue goalsHiring, onboarding and training of new staffScheduling of staff/doctorsAR/APBenefits submissions and trackingBanking deposits and reconciliationsInventory managementAll leadership aspects of daily clinic operationsWhat Do You Bring?Minimum two years experience in a customer service focused retail environmentMinimum one-year experience in a coaching or leadership roleExperience in an optical environment is an assetExcellent organization and time management skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities via critical thought and problem solvingA reputation for delivering results through successful people managementGeneral PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)We appreciate your interest in FYidoctors and hope it didn't take too much time to apply.
