What you will do:
Planning
- Develop the calendar and content for all social networks according to the objectives and target audiences.
Persuasive content
- Produce and disseminate content in line with communication strategies, ensuring that it is original and captivating. This includes writing, coordinating the creation of memes, videos, stories, images, and infographics, among other things.
Account Management
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, ensuring a consistent and professional presence.
Commitment
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, private messages, and mentions, and proactively drive engagement.
Paid Campaigns
- Implement paid social media campaigns
Outreach of events
- Contribute to the writing and production of content for our flagship events.
Analysis & Improvement
- Ensure the achievement of our performance indicators.
- Produce reports to continuously optimize best practices.
- Make recommendations and adjustments
Monitoring & Inspiration
- Manage and animate the organization's social networks and ensure an outstanding followup with the communities by replying to private messages, moderating comments
- Be on the lookout for trends and news so that we stay ahead of the game.
What you bring to this role:
Undergraduate degree in communications or marketing or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in the main social media, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube in a professional context and mastery of their respective language code.
Proven ability to define strategies that support business objectives.
Perfect command of French, written and oral, good knowledge of the English language, written and oral
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships with various stakeholders Excellent organizational and project management skills
