Le gérant adjoint responsable du fonctionnement gère les aspects facilitant l'activité commerciale (notamment l'aspect financier, les états des résultats, le budget, les dépenses et les caisses). De plus, il s'assure que les stocks, les fournitures, les relations avec les fournisseurs, la technologie et les installations sont maintenus et optimisés. Effectuer des examens, faire des suivis et collaborer avec le gérant de magasin pour gérer le budget et les autres données et mesures commerciales (p. ex., les états des résultats, les dépenses) et fournir des informations sur les processus de planification (p. ex., la révision trimestrielle des affaires du magasin et la planification des ventes).
Contribuer à la gestion par l'écoulement des stocks en assurant l'exactitude de l'inventaire et en coordonnant les heures de la main-d'œuvre pour une réception efficace des livraisons de produits.
Exécuter les directives, les projets et les initiatives de fonctionnement à l'échelle de l'entreprise (p.
