**SOMMAIRE DU POSTE**

En tant que Coordonnateur(trice) marketing chez Aliment MLW, Vous devrez coordonner les activités de Marketing pour le développement et le maintien de nos différentes marques (entre autres la marque Wong Wing), les activités de médias sociaux et site web ainsi que de la coordination des projets avec les ressources internes et externes.

**RESPONSABILITÉS ET TÂCHES PRINCIPALES**
- Diriger et coordonner l'agence marketing en ce qui concerne la modernisations de/des marques et la création des emballages:

- Planifier et suivre les étapes du projet de manière à respecter les échéanciers
- Coordonner l'information avec les équipes internes (R&D, Affaires Réglementaires, Chaîne d'Approvisionnement, etc)
- Coordonner le développement et la mise à jour de nos emballages. Effectuer les vérifications finales des emballages avant l'impression ;
- Soutenir la Directrice Marketing dans la gestion du département Marketing
- Développer le matériel marketing pour promouvoir nos marques ainsi que les outils de vente requis (feuilles promotionnelles, pamphlets, coupons, commandites, etc.);
- Travailler en partenariat avec l'agence pour la gestion de nos différentes plateformes de médias sociaux (concours, posts, publications, etc.) et la préparation du calendrier mensuel;
- Planifier les activités de création de contenu pour les médias sociaux (photoshoot et vidéos);
- Concevoir les présentations Power Point (en anglais) pour les rencontres clients ou pour tout autre présentation corporative;
- Participer à la refonte et à la transition et l'administration du site Internet;
- Rechercher les tendances du marché (consumer insights) parmi les outils mis à votre disposition;
- Gestion de projets de rénovations et les projets spéciaux. Travailler en collaboration avec les différents intervenants internes pour la réalisation des projets selon les échéanciers requis;
- Assurer le service aux consommateurs en répondant aux courriels et appels entrants pour des demandes/commentaires relativement à nos produits ;
- Coordonner des événements particuliers ou des activités promotionnelles (Food show, commandites, etc) ;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.

**ÉDUCATION /EXPÉRIENCE**
- 6 à 8 ans d'expérience en marketing au sein d'entreprise manufacturière alimentaire.
- Bilinguisme requis (parfaite maitrise de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit)
- Expérience requise en marketing et en commercialisation de produits alimentaires au niveau détail (retail).
- Expérience requise en gestion de projets et respect des échéanciers.
- Être en mesure de s'adapter à un contexte de priorités changeantes
- Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Habileté dans l'utilisation de Power Point de façon quotidienne
- Expérience en développement de site web (un atout)
- Avoir une excellente habilité à bien communiquer
