With over 70% of walk-in clinics in Canada utilizing our platform to showcase their wait times online, hundreds of thousands of patients visit us monthly to compare clinic availability in their area.

Established in 2015, our primary aim was to offer Canadians a simple way to check wait times at walk-in clinics nearby, eliminating the hassle of visiting multiple clinics. Today, Medimap serves as a trusted resource for more than 5 million Canadians, facilitating easier access to healthcare in their communities.

Our range of services includes real-time walk-in clinic wait times, virtual doctor consultations on demand, and easy booking of last-minute appointments for paramedical services like massage therapy and physiotherapy. Healthcare providers join Medimap's marketplace to attract new patients, fill last-minute slots, and enhance the overall patient experience.

VP Marketing Position Overview

Mission: At Medimap, our goal is to enhance healthcare accessibility and convenience. Thousands of walk-in clinics and paramedical facilities across Canada use our platform to update wait times and available appointments, streamlining the process for patients to find suitable providers in their vicinity.

Your Impact: As the VP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role within our leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. Your primary objective is to foster growth across Medimap's marketplace, overseeing patient and provider marketing strategies encompassing various offline and online channels, brand marketing, and creative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and manage growth targets and budgets for all marketing endeavors
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Define the brand's vision and its metrics
  • Establish and lead a proficient team of marketers, outlining their structure, roles, compensation plans, and professional growth
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess project sizes and provide strategic investment suggestions
  • Coordinate programs across interdisciplinary teams and external agencies

Qualifications for Success:

  • Previous executive-level experience in a consumer technology firm
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing substantial marketing budgets
  • Strong analytical background with a history of driving notable business growth through performance marketing
  • Experience in marketplaces is advantageous
