Position and Responsibilities

Education and Qualifications

Requirements of the position:

  • College or university degree along with a certificate in adult education (complete or in progress), with a CTDP (Certified Training and Development Professional) desingation (preferred)
  • Conduct needs analyses, including task analysis, content analysis, and gap analysis
  • Design training based on results from the needs analysis
  • Develop engaging classroom training that meets learning objectives
  • Strong facilitation skills in the classroom and using virtual platforms
  • Ability to provide technical or hard skills training
  • Ability to create eLearning, preferably with tools like Articulate Storyline
  • Familiar with the administration of a learning management system (preferrred) and SharePoint libraries
  • Commitment to working onsite fulltie (5 days/week)
