Education and Qualifications
Requirements of the position:
- College or university degree along with a certificate in adult education (complete or in progress), with a CTDP (Certified Training and Development Professional) desingation (preferred)
- Conduct needs analyses, including task analysis, content analysis, and gap analysis
- Design training based on results from the needs analysis
- Develop engaging classroom training that meets learning objectives
- Strong facilitation skills in the classroom and using virtual platforms
- Ability to provide technical or hard skills training
- Ability to create eLearning, preferably with tools like Articulate Storyline
- Familiar with the administration of a learning management system (preferrred) and SharePoint libraries
- Commitment to working onsite fulltie (5 days/week)
