About the Team

A part of Trust and Safety Product, Integrity & Authenticity (I&A) is a small-but-mighty global team bringing together expertise of Product Managers and Program Managers into one group.

The mission of Integrity & Authenticity is to defend TikTok and TikTok users from issues of misinformation, disinformation and deceptive behavior.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help expand our team's work delivering this mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure TikTok is free from misinformation and deceptive behavior by architecting and implementing safety systems encompassing userfacing product, content moderation and ML
  • Own ideation, prioritization and execution for your area of TikTok Integrity & Authenticity
  • Dive deep into user needs, conduct user research & analysis to conceptualize and build products, own feature sets endtoend, including design, build, test, launch, and postlaunch
  • Help define TikTok's longer term Integrity & Authenticity roadmap and work with our partner teams to make product, technical, and privacy decisions
  • Work crossfunctionally, build synergy and influence with multiple departments, globally.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Strong sense of logic and excellent critical thinking skills. Can clearly describe your vision, planning and executional challenges and lead coordination with other teams to cosolve problems in depth
  • Evidencebased, analytical, datainformed. You like to use data to help identify problems, find opportunities, and drive continuous product improvement
  • You thrive in fastpaced entrepreneurial environments and are able to deal with rapid changes, high ambiguity and imperfect status quo
  • Global vision and empathy, passion, a drive to achieve, humility facing the depth of unknown.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Evidence-based, analytical, data-informed. You understand the imperative of using data to support decision-making and to drive prioritization (and therefore resourcing decisions) for continuous product improvement.
  • You thrive in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments, but you balance acquiring and sharing business context with an agility to initiate or respond to rapid changes, when required. You are comfortable striking balance between ambiguity/imperfect status quo and high delivery standards.
  • Global vision, passion, drive and user empathy.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is CAD$ CAD$ annually.

The compensation for this position is based on a monthly compensation structure. The range specified is the expected annual compensation for a person in this position.
