Senior Product Manager - Workday Integrated Services

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Langara College. As the Senior Product Manager for Workday Integrated Services (WD-IS), you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products and services meet the needs of our college community. This position involves collaborating closely with leaders from various functional areas to align operational performance and priorities with overall college strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Product Managers and Strategic Analytic Consultants to meet functional requirements
  • Manage the strategic development and implementation of Workday product improvements
  • Foster a respectful working environment and coach team members for success
  • Partner with IT leadership to oversee product delivery and continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with operational areas for ongoing service enhancements
  • Contribute to developing a long-term strategic view for product solutions
  • Manage external vendor relationships when necessary

Education & Experience:

  • University degree in a relevant discipline, graduate degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience, including business analysis and product management
  • Specialized experience in product management strongly preferred
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems desirable
  • Certification in continuous improvement methodologies an asset
  • Proficiency in product design, business analysis, and agile practices
  • Experience with M365 suite of tools
