POSITION OVERVIEW

While supporting both our culture of collaboration and focus on customer-service, you will enhance and streamline the flow of work through systems, structure and technology within the Divisions, particularly regarding reports to Council while maintaining confidentiality in all matters of a sensitive or political nature.


As a vital role to the overall function of the administrative team, the successful incumbent will be focused on the 'big picture' and prioritize accordingly, seek out opportunities to improve day-to-day routines, and will be involved in various corporate initiatives.

We are looking for a natural leader and active team player who takes initiative, is courteous, approachable and is able to maintain professionalism at all times.
