Technical Product Manager, Matching and Master Data

As a Technical Product Manager focusing on matching and Master Data, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and enhancement of our Supplier Data Platform.

This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere in Canada or the United States living in a time zone with a minimum 4-hour overlap with ET time zone.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the matching and Master Data areas of our platform, from conception to launch and iteration.
Define and prioritize product features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value.Work closely with data analysts and engineers to implement and optimize matching algorithms, ensuring high accuracy and scalability.
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis, monitoring key metrics, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred, or equivalent experience in a technical product management role.
Proven track record of 5+ years in product management roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive consensus in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
Strong technical background with experience in data processing, matching algorithms, and Master Data management is a bonus.
