Key Responsibilities

  • AR products start with mechanical design, so the lead and their team provides the overall architectural leadership, working with all other teams on their requirements
  • Lead the optomechanical integration of Rx lens solutions, and the design of all glasses frames.
  • Support the other internal teams with mechanical and optomechanical engineering services (e.g. fixtures)
  • Work closely with optical engineering team specifically, light engines are best accomplished as an optics/mech codesign.
