Role Purpose
Serve as primary PMO, Communications and Performance lead for Canada MLAC and Lifestyle Luxury Procurement. Delivery of broad range of benefits to IHG through the coordination, management, and execution of prioritized Procurement initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assume primary responsibility for working closely with the Director Canada MLAC and Lifestyle Luxury on all updates to AHOPs, the PLT, Procurement Excellence, BRR, and Finance
  • Ownership, updating and ongoing maintenance of Canada MLAC and Lifestyle Luxury Procurement Performance Dashboards/QBR
  • Build a deep understanding of AHOPs Procurement value creation and the implications for IHG
  • Provide operational solutions, best practices, and strategic communications to business stakeholders, up to SVP and EC levels
  • Program Management of Canada MLAC and Lifestyle Luxury Procurement initiatives
  • Operating within the Global Procurement operating model and AHOPs Procurement operating model
  • Identify risks and opportunities to improve delivery across their supported organization

Key Skills & Experiences
Education

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and workrelated experience
Experience

  • Mastery in Strategy, Transformation, and Change Management
  • Experience in managing Agile projects, preferably on the business side as opposed to Technical/IT software projects
  • Track record of developing, creating, and deploying strategic initiatives
  • Capable of leading and being part of matrixed team in a project environment
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong storytelling skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Demonstrated strong cognitive skillsincluding, problem solving, decision making, relationship managing and analysis
