Accounts Payable Administrator - General Office Administrator

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently including freight on a timely basis.

Match, verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders qand receipts

Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments

Maintain organized records and contribute to closing activities

Maintain vendor files and manage vendor relations, including timely connunications and dispute resolution.

Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements

Additional Responsibilities may include:

Supporting order entry as needed

Supporting customer service as needed

Additional general administrative tasks as needed

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- vendor management: 5 years (preferred)

  • Accounts payable: 5 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
- markham, On L3R 3W1 (required)

Ability to Relocate:
