Project Analyst to our team

Purpose


The Project Analyst is responsible for assisting in maintaining the progress of each job, interaction with various parties to reduce the risk of the overall job, maximize the benefits, and minimize costs.


Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.
  • Assist with Job Set Up and gain an understanding of each job
  • Monitoring and evaluating the overall job performance
  • Actively communicate with the Project Coordinator or Project Manager to ensure all monthly quantities are accurate
  • Maintain billing documents and monthly invoice submission to Clients
  • Monitor incoming job payments and submission for Vendor payments
  • Create and maintain a monthly AR collection process
  • Other Ad hoc duties as assigned

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong understanding of Job Costing is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is a must, and working knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
  • Effective interpersonal and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience in a multicompany environment is an asset
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset
  • Must be organized and flexible to changing business conditions and a fastpast work environment
