Project Analyst

**Powell Fence**, is a Fencing Construction Company located in Stouffville, Ontario who provide clients with all their Construction and Installation need. We specialize in the construction of Noise Barrier Installations, Enclosure and Firewall Installations, Fence and Pedestrian Barricades and railings.

We are growing and looking to add a **Project Analyst **to our team

**Purpose**

The Project Analyst is responsible for assisting in maintaining the progress of each job, interaction with various parties to reduce the risk of the overall job, maximize the benefits, and minimize costs.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Assist with project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.
- Assist with Job Set Up and gain an understanding of each job
- Monitoring and evaluating the overall job performance
- Actively communicate with the Project Coordinator or Project Manager to ensure all monthly quantities are accurate
- Maintain billing documents and monthly invoice submission to Clients
- Monitor incoming job payments and submission for Vendor payments
- Create and maintain a monthly AR collection process
- Other Ad hoc duties as assigned

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of Job Costing is an asset
- Proficiency in MS Excel is a must, and working knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
- Effective interpersonal and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in a multi-company environment is an asset
- Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset
- Must be organized and flexible to changing business conditions and a fast-past work environment
