We are currently seeking a talented Senior Change Management Consultant to join our team. As a part of our esteemed team, you will collaborate with clients spanning across public, healthcare, and private sectors, working alongside experienced professionals in project management, change management, service design, risk management, and technology.

Role Overview
  • Play a key role in developing and implementing change plans, communication strategies, and risk assessments.
  • Utilize your exceptional communication skills to convey change management methodologies effectively to our clients.
  • Take on diverse projects and prioritize tasks efficiently, while promoting creativity and resourcefulness.
Qualifications We're Seeking
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Over 7 years of experience in Change Management.
  • Professional certification in change management (e.g., Prosci).
  • Excellent client service skills and the ability to collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading project teams through change processes.
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills tailored to different audiences.
  • Consultative skills including facilitation, issue resolution, and problem-solving.
  • Experience in developing comprehensive change plans and mentoring individuals within an organization.
Additional Assets
  • Experience in a professional services consulting firm.
  • Prior involvement in the public and/or healthcare sectors.
