POSITION DESCRIPTION

What's the job?
The TAA will have the opportunity to track and regularly report on progress, identify gaps in the recruiting life cycle and problem solve to react to these opportunities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
What do you bring?
- Minimum of 2 + years' prior talent acquisition in high volume setting such as: manufacturing/distribution/ 3PL Warehousing/retail
- Experience working remote is highly preferred
- Ability to demonstrate familiarity in Microsoft products
- A background in search and/or RPO is an asset
- Strong organization, time management/prioritization skills
Bilingual English-French (an asset)
Contract length: 6 months with possible extension
