Sentia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Cloud Sales Specialist to join our fast-paced sales team.

As a Cloud Sales Specialist/Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our cloud services and solutions by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients.

Your primary focus will be on building relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating the value of our cloud offerings to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation
a) Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and referrals.

b) Proactively initiate contact with potential clients to introduce our cloud solutions and create interest.

Consultative Selling:

a) Develop a deep understanding of each client's business needs, challenges, and goals to tailor solutions effectively.

b) Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to uncover pain points and align our cloud offerings with the client's requirements.

Solution Presentation:

a) Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the unique value propositions of our cloud services.

b) Effectively communicate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Relationship Building:

a) Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.

b) Serve as a trusted advisor by providing insights, recommendations, and guidance throughout the sales process.

Pipeline Management:

a) Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

b) Manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaboration:

a) Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, solution architects, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experience and solution delivery.

Market Intelligence:a) Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to cloud services.

b) Utilize market insights to adapt sales strategies and positioning to better address client needs.
