You'll be the administrative brain that keeps our team on track overseeing projects from a high-level view, updating progress reports, and keeping tabs on what everyone around you is working on.

You'll be the rocket fuel for our team of leading-edge automation and development experts, supporting our customers' and our team's success by smoothing out operations and taking the lead on exciting new projects.

Let's get into the nitty gritty: what do we want you to do?

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and project management, ensuring the team, clients, and leadership are well-informed and on schedule.
  • Invest in client relationships with consistent updates and swift communication to support VCC's goal of 80% client retention.
  • Review employee timesheets to ensure accuracy, with a goal of reaching error-free payroll by the end of your first month.
  • Ensure alignment between our weekly timesheets and the company budget, in order to stay within the projected costs.
  • Monitor the team's capacity and make necessary adjustments to achieve 80% billable work.
  • Ensure internal projects are on time and on budget, and take the lead on formulating and executing new projects or experiments to increase revenue.
  • Complete bookkeeping duties by the end of every month.
8. (This one's optional. If it's in your wheelhouse, great) Design and implement a social media schedule, drive social media content creation, and work to push our content into the feeds of people who need it.
