Main Responsibilities
- Customer inquiries
- Enter sales order into QBO and prepare required document for shipping
- Enter purchase order into QBO and collect all delivery documents
- Process AP invoices on time and reconcile accounts
- AR collection, and send statement to customers, solve payment related issue.
- Coordinate with head office accounting team for accounting postings
- Coordinate with head office staff for purchase related issues
- Submit employee timesheetbiweekly for head office to approve
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills ( English )
- QuickBooks online knowledge and experience is an asset
- Proficient with Office Suite. Advanced level with Excel is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple assignments promptly and accurately
- Ability to work under pressure
