Marketing Lead, Property Management
Marketing Strategy, Planning and Budgeting
Leading the brand and marketing strategy, planning, execution and budgeting activities with key portfolio and property stakeholders.

Digital Marketing
Optimizing the properties' digital presence and reach across website, mobile, social media, and digital advertising touchpoints.
Events & Activations

Working with agencies, partners, and team members to deliver best-in-class property events and activities for the target consumer, tenant, and occupier audiences.

Marketing for Leasing

Leveraging market research and leasing tools and resources to deliver leasing collateral, events and services in support of the portfolio's goals.

Client Relationship Management
Liaising, as needed, with the Portfolio Asset team and key client stakeholders on plans, metrics, and performance reports.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor's degree, with specialty in Marketing.
A minimum of five (5) years of omni-channel marketing experience.
Three plus (3+) years in the property management industry.
Experience with Office and Industrial property management a plus.
Experience in a third-party management, agency, or consultancy firm.
Experience managing multiple agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Experience managing centralized and decentralized business units.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively, supervise, coach, and direct vendor resources.
Proven and effective budget management experience.
Excellent knowledge of computer programs (Excel, Word, and Power Point).
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite i.e., InDesign.

Proven and effective stakeholder management
Oral and written proficiency in English, with a preference in both French & English proficiency.
